We move your data with you, then run both for a while.
Clients, remaining balances, active memberships and future bookings come across. We cut over on a quiet day, and you keep an export at every step. Anything that isn't built yet, we'll tell you before you sign.

- Can a booking require both a coach and a machine?
- Yes — that is the case we built first. A lesson holds both; open practice holds only the machine.
- How do setup buffers work?
- Each machine has a buffer after each use. The next booking starts after it, automatically.
- Do you handle seasonal passes?
- Yes: sessions per cycle, a minimum term, pauses your staff can grant, and renewals on the date. Memberships and passes are rolling out this season.
- Can we book school groups?
- Yes — a group service with its own duration, capacity and price, held on the machines and coaches it needs.
- Is this only for SkyTechSport simulators?
- No. Any machine, any brand — a machine is a resource with a buffer.
- Who runs a studio on this?
- We do. Home Mountain Ski Club in Los Angeles is our own studio and the first customer; the software is built there.
